QUALIMAIL is part of a business group, to which QUALIMAX INTERNATIONAL, S.L. with address at Calle Tarraca 12. Pol. Ind. Plaza, 50197 Zaragoza and with CIF B-50.152.461, who acts as the person in charge of processing the data files whose ownership corresponds to QUAILMAIL.

How have we obtained your personal data?

We have obtained your personal data through the order form on the website or from the relationships we have maintained with you, either because you are a customer, or because you have requested commercial information about our products and services, or because we maintain with you a commercial relationship as a supplier, client or collaborator.

What personal data do we process about you? 

The data that we will treat of you for the legitimate purposes that are explained later, are the following:

In the case of suppliers, partners, etc. QUALIMAIL will process the corporate contact data relating to the company, entity or organization for which it works or collaborates.

Why do we treat your personal data?

To manage the purchase made by the customer, attend to the entire after-sales process and manage the relationship with our suppliers and partners.

Additionally, we also process your data to send, even by electronic means, promotional communications about QUALIMAIL products and services.

For what reason can we process your personal data? 

The processing of your personal data related to the maintenance of your relationship with QUALIMAIL as a client is legitimized as it is necessary to comply with the contractual obligations derived from said relationship. The processing of your personal data to send promotional information about activities, campaigns or initiatives of QUALIMAIL similar to those in which you have participated, responds to a legitimate interest of our entity and is authorized by current regulations.

The processing of your corporate contact data related to the maintenance of the relationship of the company, entity or organization for which you work or collaborate with QUALIMAIL responds to a legitimate interest of our entity, expressly recognized by the privacy regulations.

Do we carry out international data transfers?

QUALIMAIL does not carry out international data transfers. In the event that this is done, QUALIMAIL will sign confidentiality agreements with said suppliers, applying the necessary guarantees and safeguards to preserve their privacy.

 When and for what reason can we provide your data to third parties? 

Your data may be transferred to the recipients indicated below, for the reasons explained below:

  • Public Administrations: to comply with the legal obligations to which QUALIMAIL is subject due to its activity. 
  • Providers that need to access your data for the provision of services that QUALIMAIL has contracted with said providers, and with whom QUALIMAIL has signed the necessary confidentiality and personal data processing contracts required by law to protect your privacy. How long will we keep your data? 

Your personal data will be kept as long as your relationship with QUALIMAIL is maintained and, after the termination of said relationship for any reason, as long as you do not notify us otherwise and during the applicable legal limitation periods. In this case, they will be treated for the sole purpose of proving compliance with our legal or contractual obligations. Once said limitation periods have expired, your data will be deleted or, alternatively, anonymised. 

What are your rights? 

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability, limitation and/or opposition to treatment, through the indicated postal and electronic addresses. Likewise, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations or your privacy rights, you can file a claim:

  • Before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, through its electronic headquarters, or its postal address.
