From JOCCA we want to remind you of the present commercial guarantee conditions that you have when purchasing our products.

The legal guarantee of conformity of the goods allows you, free of charge, to correct the lack of conformity whenever these are present that prevent its correct operation. Said gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred for the goods to be brought into conformity, especially the costs of shipping, transportation, labor or materials. The duration of the legal guarantee is three years from the delivery of the products to the consumer by the seller. Products under commercial guarantee

This warranty applies to JOCCA brand electronic products purchased as a new consumer directly from our JOCCA Shop website or an authorized JOCCA dealer in any member state of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway or Switzerland.

JOCCA electronic devices function according to the specifications of the particular product.

Trade Assurance Service

The warranty service consists of the provision of the repair, replacement, reimbursement or compensation service for the product free of charge, having followed the procedures marked by the customer service colleagues and always in accordance with the terms and limitations granted in this document, the periods described here and the territorial scope referred to here. Remember that only in the event that the reason for the return is due to a defect/error in the product, the expenses will be borne by JOCCA as established by law RDLEG1/2007.

Proof necessary to exercise the commercial guarantee

The consumer can use different guarantee receipts to determine if the product is within the commercial guarantee period as proof of purchase, whether it is a ticket, delivery note or both paper and electronic invoice.

Unfortunately, JOCCA will not be able to honor your request without a valid proof of purchase. So that this does not happen, we offer you the possibility of registering your purchase at the time of purchase or receiving it in the following form.

We need you to include the following information in the message:

- Reference and name of the article
- Personal data: name, surnames, email, address and contact telephone number

Important, do not forget to attach your proof of purchase.

Cases not covered by the commercial guarantee

Remember, this commercial guarantee covers lack of conformity that does not allow the device to function correctly due to a factory defect or any other incident that is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Therefore, those in which the damage is caused by improper use, blows, manipulation, fire, contact with liquids, or the total or partial alteration of the product will not fall within this guarantee.

Improper use or misuse includes products other than those specified in the documentation and/or instructions provided by JOCCA in relation to the product. As well as any disassembly, repair, alteration or modification not authorized by JOCCA.

Consumable parts designed to wear out over time or damage caused by normal use or the result of ordinary wear and tear unless the failure resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship recognized by JOCCA.

On the other hand, this commercial guarantee cannot be exercised if JOCCA has reasonable grounds to believe that you are not the authorized user of the product or these devices have not been acquired by an authorized distributor, for which reason they may not be in compliance with regulations. applicable.

Procedure to obtain the application of the commercial guarantee
